Saturday, April 6th -- The Oral Cancer Foundation is hosting a Walk for Awareness and MOLAR will be participating! Click here to join our team. Each person who registers will receive a free MOLAR t-shirt to wear during the walk!
Friday, April 12th -- MOLAR will be hosting a "Spring Training" - themed coalition meeting from 9am to 12pm. There will be a presentation on social determinants of health, a break out brainstorming session for our various work groups/committees and a raffle for Diamondback gear including two free tickets! Older Adult's Work Group Screens at Desert West Senior Center
This morning our Older Adult’s Work Group screened seniors for oral cancer and disease at City of Phoenix’s Desert West Senior Center. The screenings took place from around 9am to 11am during a health fair and the group was able to see about 20 individuals.
It was the first of three senior screenings our Older Adult’s Work Group will be putting on at various City of Phoenix Senior Centers. Next Friday, March 22nd they will be at the Paradise Valley Senior Center and on Friday, April 19th they will at the Pecos Senior Center.
